  1. I liked that you caught new yorkers in their natural habitat. I enjoyed the shots of the fruit man and the muddy newspaper. I think the music was a little bland but you made it go well with the shots. I don't think you needed so many black outs towards the end though. Overall Great Job!

  2. I though the use of the music and the "black outs" in the shots was nicely used. Good Job.

  3. I like that you had breaks in between some of your shots. It added to the significance of those shots and emphasized the people in them.

  4. I like how this video captures what New York is. I also really liked the shots were you blacked out in certain area's according to the beat of the music.

  5. Of the two projects that used this footage, I enjoyed this treatment better. I felt the music suited the slower, more poignant shots better. Also I like how both pieces opened up similarly, but with the music, the effect here was more peaceful than suspenseful.

  7. it felt like a commercial for life insurance. i like the music and how it showed the various elements of morning life in Hunter college. I did not like the last clip, for it felt out of space.

  8. I really enjoyed this video. It was a light hearted view of a regular day in new york. The shots were all smooth and well composed, and the music accompanied it well. The final shot was really good, I really liked it.

  9. Very interesting. The video had a contrast between sad and hopeful that worked well, especially with the music. I thought that some of the blank shots could have been shorter, but otherwise good job.

  12. I really loved the intermittent shots of blackness - it created a really nice pace and made me excited to see what the next shot would open up with. Also great use of continuity editing with the hand grabbing a newspaper from multiple angles. I also liked how you focused on the faces of the people you shot.

  13. the shots of blackness threw me for a bit of a loop, but your shots and music otherwise made up a pretty great video and excellent definition of the space outside Hunter
